Once you receive your tracking information and after you have tracked it on the relevant courier website. Please alert us via telephone or email. We will then be able to address the issue.

Below are the options available for obtaining your parcel.

Please note that Bonnets, Cradles and other Large Parts will incur an additional delivery cost. The cost is on average about R150 depending on the area and the parcel size, the cost will be stated in your cart before you proceed to checkout.

Details on tracking & timing will be included in your delivery notification via e-mail.

Delivery Times: This timeline is only applicable once the parts has left our store (processing of orders take 2-7 working days):

• To Gauteng: 1 – 2 Working Days
• To Main Centres (CTN, DBN, PE): 2 – 3 Working
• Days To Regional Areas: 3 – 5 Working Days
• To Remote Areas: 5 – 7 Working Days

Collect from our Store: We do offer an option for you to collect your order from our store in Langlaagte. Payment needs to be completed online or via EFT prior to collection. Our team will send you a confirmation to collect your order. An additional option is to pay when you arrive at our store.

The courier company only delivers from Monday to Friday between 08h00 – 17h00.
