Returns/Refunds

Goods returned will only be accepted if the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied- will forfeit the handling fee

In the case of a defective item/components missing it’s the customers responsibility to inform Atlantic auto spares within the period of 24 hours of receiving. If this unfornate event occurs please notify us within 24 hours so that we can resolve the issue timely. Please ensure that one does not remove stickers or damage the original packaging as it will be rejected.

Return of Goods correctly supplied:

Good supplied need to be returned within the 7 day period (day item was received).
Items returned on special order will not be granted. The courier fees for returning the product will be at the customers expense and not Atlantic auto spares.

Please note no items will be accepted/returned after the 7 day period (date of receipt)

No guarantees or returns or refunds will be granted on any electrical items

Once the return is processed on correctly supplied goods or canceled order it will automatically incurr a 20% handling fee on the total amount.

Parts that have been fitted, damaged or sprayed will not be accepted for return.

If the customer chooses to send the returned items via a courier please ensure that parts are carefully placed to ensure parts are not damaged whilst on route. If the goods are recieved damaged the refund will be denied. Please include the Returns Request Number and a copy of your original invoice with any return.

Goods purchased on promotion or sale may not be exchanged or returned.

Warranty:

A manufacturer warranty is issued on all goods supplied from date of purchase with the exception of the following:

Electrical or electronic component parts including switches and relays;

Goods that have been partially or entirely disassembled, physically altered, permanently installed1, attached, joined or added to, blended or combined with, or embedded within other goods or property;

Ordinary wear and tear, having regard to the circumstances in which the goods are intended to ordinarily to be used: and

Parts incorrectly fitted and further damage resulting from such instances carried out by a non-accredited person or entity.

To qualify for the warranty on the item – the item needs to be installed by a mechanic/work shop that is an accredited member of the RMI. If the fitment is done by non-accredited RMI member, the warranty will be null & void.

Refund Processing:

Refunds are handled within 2 to 7 working days after receiving confirmation (once confirmed funds can take up to 24-48 hours to reflect due to banking timelines)
